The quick and dirty!

I have been teaching for a little over a year and a half two years and have worked in both South Korea and Japan. I teach in public schools to a variety of ages.

I made this blog mostly for discussing some of the Japanese culture, holidays, and traditions that I am continuously encountering, helping out a fellow gaijin...as well as to share stories about my students. Since it has started, I have found Korea influencing my posts more and more as I compare some of the similarities between the two countries, and of course their differences. Of course I am always open to ideas for topics and questions if you have them.

Recently, I have decided to a sporadically updated travel section to share some advice, stories and insider info on traveling in Japan as well as other Asian countries. Let me regale you.
